Three Palestinians were killed in the West Bank on Wednesday morning as Israeli forces raided Tubas, Tulkarm, and the Qalandia refugee camp, north of Jerusalem.

This brings the total number of Palestinians killed by Israeli forces in the occupied West Bank in the past 24 hours to 11, the Palestinian official news agency WAFA said.

In Tubas, the north of the West Bank, a member of the Palestinian customs police was shot dead on Wednesday and another injured by Israeli gunfire.

WAFA identified the killed customs policeman as 23-year-old Abdul Nasser Sarhan, from the Balata refugee camp near Nablus. The other customs official was in a "moderate" condition after being shot in the chest by Israeli forces, the Palestinian Red Crescent said.

Security camera footage showed an Israeli army vehicle stopping at the customs police building in Tubas with Israeli soldiers leaving the vehicle and then shooting Sarhan, who was walking near the building.

The soldiers then stopped Red Crescent ambulance crews from approaching to man for several hours, the report added.

Israeli troops accompanied by a bulldozer also stormed the Qalandia refugee camp on Wednesday and shot 20-year-old Ahmad Nedal Aslan, who later died of his wounds.

Eight other people were injured, six after being shot, while two were beaten by Israeli soldiers who were taken to a hospital in Ramallah for treatment, according to WAFA.

In Tulkarm, one man, identified as Yazan Mahmoud Abdu, died from wounds sustained during an Israeli raid on the city and its refugee camp on Tuesday, bringing the number of casualties from the raid to six.

Between 7 October, when the war on Gaza began, and 15 July, at least 554 Palestinians have been killed in the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, in Israeli military or settler attacks, according to figures from the UN's OCHA agency.
