Israeli forces have continued to launch strikes on targets across Lebanon as part of a relentless bombing campaign that escalated on September 23.

Since then, four hospitals in southern Lebanon have been forced to close due to Israeli bombings and supply shortages.

Marjayoun Governmental Hospital and Salah Ghandour Hospital were struck, killing seven and wounding 14 healthcare workers.

Meanwhile, Mays al-Jabal Hospital was forced to close due to a lack of essential supplies like medical materials, electricity, and water.

Israel's bombings have also caused many doctors and healthcare workers to flee, creating gaps in Lebanon’s fragile healthcare system, which was already weakened by years of economic crisis.

Over 70 healthcare workers in Lebanon have been killed since the beginning of Israel's military escalations last month, including paramedics in various parts of Lebanon.

Lebanese public health minister Firass Abiad denounced Israel for indiscriminately attacking emergency rescuers and civilians, adding that the country's health care system is teetering on the brink of collapse.
