On Friday night, as President Donald Trump signed an order barring Muslims from several countries from entering the US, social media users reminded the US leader's sidekick about his earlier reservations on a Muslim ban.
Vice President Mike Pence had vocally spoke out against the proposed "Muslim Ban" months before being selected as Trump's running partner, describing it as "unconstitutional".
Pence's comments against the ban in late 2015 came at a time when the possibility of a Trump presidency was still a laughable matter for many.
The prospects of a joint Trump-Pence electoral ticket was also far on the horizon.
Yet Pence displayed no outrage on Friday as he was photographed standing beside Trump, who signed the now infamous executive order barring Muslim entry from seven countries to the US.
