Half Palestinian supermodel Gigi Hadid came under fire after Victoria’s Secret announced they will be hosting their annual fashion show in the Chinese capital of Shanghai.
In February, she offended thousands across the world after a video of her mocking a Buddha cookie by squinting her eyes in a racist gesture went viral.
She was sitting at a restaurant with her friends, when her sister Bella filmed her on her Instagram story as she picked up the cookie and squinted her eyes. The video was later deleted, but not before it fell into the archives of the internet’s history.
