The Syrian regime’s propaganda mouthpiece can usually be relied on as a source of frustration or hilarity, but in this latest tweet from SANA we’re not quite sure which emotion comes out strongest.

The tweet shows DJ Johnny playing an outside concert at 'al-Hrie' on 16 July 2016. This is the flyer for that event, taken from Facebook:

Johnny has played a number of parties in recent months and is playing a party in his hometown of Aleppo tonight, the evening after one of the most deadly offensives of the civil war.

Over 90 peolpe have been killed in regime bombardment of rebel-held eastern Aleppo in the past 24 hours, which does not seem to mean much to pro-regime revelers.
