President of Yemen, Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi, is scheduled to arrive in the Qatari capital city of Doha on Monday afternoon to meet Qatari Prince Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, sources close to the Yemeni president have told al-Araby al-Jadeed.
Hadi and Prince Tamim will reportedly hold bilateral talks on the latest developments in Yemen and the situation in the liberated southern cities.
"President Hadi will thank Qatar for the recent help it has given Yemen," the source said.
"He will also discuss future Qatari assistance and the reconstruction of Yemen after the fighting stops."
The source said Hadi was accompanied by Yemeni Foreign Minister Riyad Yassin and other officials.
Last Thursday, Hadi visited the United Arab Emirates, where he met with a number of Emirati officials to discuss the reconstruction of Yemen due to the destruction of many cities and provinces by the Houthi militias and loyalists of ousted Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh.
