US President Donald Trump ordered the release of a secret four-page memo Friday, which allegedly exposes abuses of power by the FBI.
Congress released the document moments after Trump gave the green light for its release, pitting the president against the investigation bureau.
The Republican memo states that the FBI and justice department exercised bias during an investigation into alleged links between Russia and Trump's 2016 presidential campaign.
Trump said the document paints a damning picture of FBI bias and the document has been released "in full" with no redactions.
"What's happening in our country is a disgrace," Trump said. "A lot of people should be ashamed."
It also claims that the FBI used an unsubstantiated, Democratic-funded research report to obtain a warrant to follow Trump advisor Carter Page.
