Kuwaiti actress detained after allegedly attempting to smuggle crystal meth to Saudi Arabia
The actress - who has not been named - was arrested at Kuwait International Airport after security agents caught her in possession of the highly-addictive drug, local Al-Rai newspaper reported.
Airport security suspected her drug possession after she completed the departure procedure. She was then sent for additional inspection, where security found three bags of the narcotics in her luggage.

A security source told Al-Rai that she was arrested and is awaiting legal action to be taken against her.
Crystal meth, also known as crystal methamphetamine is a powerful, highly addictive drug that affects the central nervous system.
The stimulant looks like glass fragments or shiny, bluish-white rocks.
It is commonly taken into the body through swallowing a pill, smoking it, snorting it as a powder and injecting the drug into the body after the powder has been dissolved in water or alcohol.
