Israeli forces have arrested on Sunday seven Palestinians during raids in various places in the West Bank territories, local reports have said.
Dozens of the Israeli officers raided different cities across the occupied West Bank, including Hebron, Bethlehem, and Nablus, arresting seven Palestinian men, sources told The New Arab.
Three of the men were arrested in Hebron, two were detained in Bethlehem, and two in Nablus city, the sources said.
Israeli forces regularly raid Palestinian towns in the West Bank, often looking to arrest Palestinians.
According to human rights groups, Israel arrested 504 Palestinians in January, including 54 minors and four women. It detained 8,000 Palestinians in 2021.
Israel has illegally occupied the West Bank since 1967, expanding settlements in the Palestinian Territories despite international outcry.
