Israeli forces launched a large-scale attack on the Jenin refugee camp in the West Bank on Monday morning.

The attacks - both air and ground operations - resulted in the killing and injury of dozens of Palestinians.

At least eight Palestinians, most of whom were teenagers, were killed in Jenin, according to the health ministry.

Meanwhile, a ninth Palestinian, 21-year-old Mohammed Hasanein, was killed in Ramallah, according to Palestinian media.

Many countries, including Egypt, the UAE and Jordan, have condemned Israel's latest attack in Jenin, while the Palestinian authority labelled the operations as a "new war crime."
