Nine people were killed by an Israeli strike in the coastal city of Sidon, in south Lebanon, with 38 others injured.
The strike hit a densely-populated area in a Sidon suburb that saw an influx of families displaced from areas further south.
It was the first strike there since the Israel's aggression and subsequent invasion escalated last month.
"The Israeli enemy's raid on Haret Saida resulted in a... toll of eight killed," the health ministry said, revising an earlier toll of two dead.
In Gaza, Israeli airstrikes have killed nine Palestinians, including three journalists, after an attack on a school housing displaced persons in Al-Shati refugee camp, west of Gaza City.
The Asma School has been serving as a shelter for those displaced amid Israel's military campaign in Gaza.
At least one person has died and 36 people have been injured after a truck rammed into a bus stop north of Tel Aviv, Israeli ambulances services said on Sunday.
Eyewitnesses said that that a large number of those wounded were soldiers on their way to military bases.
Tel Aviv’s Ichilov Medical Center announced the death hours after the incident.
The attack came as at least five Israeli reserve soldiers were killed in south Lebanon following fighting with Hezbollah operatives Saturday evening.
In northern Gaza, Israeli forces carried out another massacre late on Saturday, killing at least 40 Palestinians in Beit Lahia.
80 more were injured in the incident, as Israel continues its intensified siege and attack on northern Gaza for the 23rd day in a row.
Palestinian media said that Israeli forces bombed a densely-populated residential area, targeting at least five homes with extended families residing inside.
Tensions are high in the region, as Israel struck Iran early on Saturday, killing at least four soldiers, and cause limited damage to radar systems, according to the army.
Iran's Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Khamenei, said officials should determine how best to demonstrate Iran's power to Israel, stressing that the attack should neither be "exaggerated nor minimised".
Meanwhile, south Lebanon's villages continue to be targeted, with several attacks reported on Sunday.
