The plans come following an ICJ ruling on Friday that ruled that it was plausible that Israel was committing genocidal acts in Gaza and ordered Israel to take measures preventing such acts.
Israel has killed at least 26,422 Palestinians in its war on Gaza, with a further 65,087 people injured according to figures from Gaza's health authorities.
