BTS star Jung Kook’s World Cup song 'Dreamers’ tops iTunes charts in 102 countries

The video for the official World Cup anthem 'Dreamers', which features Qatari singer Fahad Al-Kubaisi, has amassed millions of views in the space of a few hours.

BTS star Jung Kook’s FIFA World Cup 2022 anthem 'Dreamers' has reportedly topped the iTunes charts in more than 100 countries.

The song, which features Qatari singer Fahad Al-Kubaisi, "topped iTunes charts in 102 countries", according to South Korean outlet Yonhap News Agency.

The uplifting number hit number one in countries including the USA, UK, France, Canada, and Japan, according to music data site Kworb.net.

Jung Kook - a member of BTS, one of the world’s biggest bands - debuted the song in a performance with al-Kubaisi at the 2022 World Cup opening ceremony in Doha, Qatar on Sunday.

The official video for 'Dreamers' was released Tuesday, amassing almost two million views in just three hours.
