Israeli settlers rampaged through the occupied West Bank again on Tuesday - the third consecutive day of pogroms against Palestinian villages.
Settlers attacked the Palestinian village of Deir Sharaf, damaging several cars and at least 500 olive trees on Tuesday.
This comes after settlers attacked Palestinian families in the Yerza and Al-Mahleh communities on Monday, and stormed the village of Hawara in Nablus on Sunday, where one Palestinian was killed and over 350 were injured, according to the Palestinian Red Crescent Society.
Palestinian Sameh Aqtash, 37, was shot dead in Zaatara village near Nablus during the attack. His brother Abdel Moneim Aqtash said the Israeli "army shot my brother, not the settlers".
However, the military told AFP that Aqtash "was not shot by an Israeli soldier".
One Israeli settler also died on Monday following a shooting in the West Bank’s Jericho city.
The attacks followed the killing on Sunday of two Israeli settlers in Hawara by a Palestinian shooter, following Israel's "massacre" in Nablus when 11 Palestinians were killed by Israeli forces.
Israeli forces have killed at least 63 Palestinians, since the start of the year. Twelve Israelis have been killed in the same time period.
