Jewish extremists storm Al-Aqsa

A group of Israeli settlers and students protected by special Israeli police units stormed Al-Aqsa mosque in Jerusalem this morning.

According to Palestinian figures, around 690 settlers and 355 Israeli agents, soldiers, and police officers raided the mosque in May alone.

"Raids by the settlers now take place on a daily basis. They are intended to impose a new reality on the holy mosque and drive Palestinians to despair."

Sabri blamed the right-wing Israeli government for protecting extremists, taking advantage of the difficult Arab situation and conflicts in the region to carry on with its aggressive plans against the Palestinian people. He called on Arab and Muslim countries to shoulder their responsibilities by supporting the Palestinian people against the occupation.
